Return Policy

Customers have the right to cancel their online purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. We do not accept returns for items that show signs of wear, use, damage, odors, or washing.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective product or an incorrect item being delivered.

If a product is found to be defective or faulty, the customer is entitled to a replacement or a refund. Any defects must be reported with clear photo or video evidence before the return is approved.

Returns are not accepted for items that have been used or handled in a way that goes against the provided care instructions.
